and to think that there was a time in my life when I wanted nothing to do with the sport of running….

But now here we are, and my whole life revolves around it. When I’m not busy coaching or running, I’m making a living through various projects. One common theme? Running. My connections and exposure in the running industry have provided me with some pretty cool opportunities over the past decade. Through them, I have been able to grow, learn, and connect with some of the most knowledgable professionals in the industry.

The NSAF: I currently work as the Event Director for the NSAF. We are a non-profit that provides opportunities through events and support in high school track and field. Our signature events are Nike Indoor Nationals, Nike Outdoor Nationals, and Great American XC Festival.

The Armory: Worked as the Manager of Track Events for the 2023-2024 Indoor Track Season and Assistant Director of Track and Field in 2024-2025. Aimed to improve the overall athlete and spectator experience. Highlights included handling high school invitations and communication for the Millrose games; co-directing the armory track and field camps; assisting the meet director for Indoor Nationals.

Bandit: Worked various marathon pop-ups with the fam.

Delaware Mile Challenge: Served as meet coordinator for the Delaware Mile Challenge in 2022, which saw the first-ever sub-4-minute mile on Delaware soil. designed the meet program. ran the Instagram page, including all content creation.

MileSplit NY: Hosted The Exchange Zone podcast in the spring of 2023, a platform designed to learn more about the top female track and field athletes in New York. Worked as an interviewer for Milesplit for various events in 2015 and 2016, including the historic Millrose Games.

Fulton Accurate Timing: Operate Finish Lynx and Hytek at multiple outdoor track meets. Implemented a new CRM system to increase efficiency within the company.

Sound Running: Worked with the Sound Running team in the fall of 2023 ahead of their apparel launch, designed to give back to the sport. worked with the team at the Running event (TRE) to build brand awareness and make connections. utilized connections to sell apparel to a local running shoe chain.

N5CTA: Serve as the head of advertising and sponsorships for the governing body of track and field in New Castle County, Delaware. coordinated and executed agreements for title sponsors at all major meets throughout the past three years. sold ad space to local organizations. designed all championship t-shirts and ads.
